运输政策 / Shipping Policy

订单处理时间 / Order Processing Time

收到订单后,我们会在1-2个工作日内处理您的订单(周末和节假日除外)。订单处理完成后将发往国际中转仓库。

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped to our international transit warehouse.

运输时间 / Shipping Time

• 订单到达国际中转仓库:约3个工作日
• 国际运输时间:10-25个工作日(具体取决于目的地国家)
• 总计预计送达时间:15-30个工作日

• Arrival at international transit warehouse: Approximately 3 business days
• International shipping: 10-25 business days (depending on destination country)
• Total estimated delivery time: 15-30 business days

物流跟踪 / Tracking Information

订单发货后,我们会通过电子邮件向您发送跟踪号码。您可以使用该号码在物流公司网站上查询包裹状态。

After shipment, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

运费 / Shipping Costs

运费在结账时根据您的配送地址和订单重量自动计算。

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

国际运输 / International Shipping

我们支持全球配送。请注意:
• 关税和进口税由买家承担
• 海关清关可能导致额外延误
• 部分国家可能有进口限制

We ship worldwide. Please note:
• Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility
• Customs clearance may cause additional delays
• Some countries may have import restrictions
