📦 Orders & MOQ

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style. For some products or materials, MOQ may vary. Contact us for details on your specific requirements.

Can I order different colors or sizes in one order?

Yes. You can split your MOQ across different colors or sizes of the same style. For example, 25 pcs in black + 25 pcs in navy = 50 pcs total MOQ.

How do I place a custom order?

Simply submit an inquiry with your requirements (bag type, quantity, material, logo, etc.) and our team will get back to you within 24 hours with a quote.


🎨 Customization

What can be customized?

Almost everything — including bag style, size, material, color, zipper hardware, lining fabric, logo (embroidery, print, deboss, or woven label), and packaging (polybag, box, hangtag).

Can you develop a design from scratch?

Yes. Our in-house design team can develop a product from your concept, sketch, or reference image. This is part of our ODM service.

Do you support private label / white label?

Absolutely. We produce bags with your brand logo and packaging, with no Fanlosn branding on the product.


🧪 Samples

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We offer pre-production samples for approval before mass production begins. Sample lead time is typically 7–10 business days.

Is there a sample fee?

Sample fees vary by product. In most cases, the sample cost is refundable when you proceed with a bulk order. Please contact us for specifics.


⏱ Production & Lead Time

How long does production take?

Standard production lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on order volume and complexity.

Can you handle rush orders?

We will do our best to accommodate urgent timelines. Please contact us early and we will advise on feasibility and any additional costs.


🚢 Shipping & Logistics

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, with a primary focus on Europe and North America. We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight forwarders.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Yes. We are happy to work with your nominated freight forwarder for pickup at our factory or nearest port.

Do you provide export documentation?

Yes. We provide all standard export documents including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin as required.
