Custom Bag Samples Before Bulk Production

A sample helps confirm what will be made before you place a bulk order. Start by telling us whether you want to check an existing bag, add your logo, or develop a different construction.

Which Sample Do You Need?

  • Existing-model sample: check the size, material, opening, pockets and carrying arrangement of an available model. Availability needs to be confirmed.
  • Logo sample: review how your artwork works on the selected material, including its size and position.
  • Development sample: review a new pattern or changes to dimensions, pockets, straps and other construction details.

What to Send

Send the selected model or reference images, dimensions, intended contents, target order quantity, material preference, logo artwork and destination. Mark essential changes separately from details that can stay as they are.

Sample Costs and Schedule

Sample fees generally range from US$50 to US$250, depending on the complexity of the bag and the requested changes. Shipping is not included. We confirm the sample fee, shipping charges, any additional setup costs and the estimated schedule before work begins.

Sample fees can normally be credited toward a bulk order of 500 pieces or more. Eligibility depends on the order quantity; please confirm the applicable credit in your quotation before proceeding.

Check the Sample Against Your Brief

  • Finished dimensions and whether the intended items fit
  • Pocket access, openings, straps and closures
  • Material feel, color and lining
  • Stitching, reinforcement and hardware operation
  • Logo size, placement and appearance
  • Agreed packaging requirements

Record Changes Before Approval

Keep the revision notes with the agreed specification. A new material, altered pocket or different logo position should be confirmed before bulk production. The approved reference and written requirements help both sides check the finished order.
