Custom Handbags & Crossbody Bags

Custom Handbags and Crossbody Bags for Brand Projects

Fanlosn developed from the export department of an established domestic bag factory and became an independent trading company in 2018 as overseas business expanded. Supported by more than 10 years of bag-making experience, our team coordinates product communication, sampling, production follow-up, inspection and export arrangements for handbag and crossbody projects.

This collection currently includes 14 starting styles across soft crossbody bags, clear PVC bags, jelly totes, quilted cotton bags, structured acrylic evening bags, tweed totes, chest bags and messenger bags. Here, “personalized” refers to logo and specification work for brand, promotional and wholesale orders rather than one-off consumer personalization.

Start With the Carrying Use and Required Size

Before choosing a style, list what the bag must hold and provide the dimensions of any phone, wallet, bottle, packaging insert or other item that must fit. A compact crossbody bag, expandable shoulder bag and large tote require different gussets, openings, straps and reinforcement. Strap drop, adjustable range and preferred carrying position should also be included in the product brief.

Material, Hardware and Logo Decisions

Current styles use materials such as PVC, PU/faux leather, cotton fabric, acrylic and tweed. Material thickness, backing and surface finish affect shape, stitching, edge treatment and the logo methods available. Clear PVC and coated materials may help with light splashes, but openings, seams and zippers do not make every finished bag fully waterproof. Acrylic shells and special hardware require separate review because molds, color matching and minimum quantities can differ from sewn fabric bags.

Branding may include screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, woven labels, patches, debossing or metal plates, depending on the material and artwork. Buyers should specify the logo size, colors and position, along with zipper finish, chain or webbing strap, buckles, lining, pockets, closure and packaging. These details are not standard across every item in the collection.

Existing Style or New Development

For a lower-volume test order, adding a logo or changing available colors on an existing construction is usually more practical than developing a completely new bag. Changes to dimensions, pattern pieces, pocket layout, molds or custom hardware require a new sample and may increase the MOQ. Sample cost, MOQ and timing are confirmed after the specification, artwork, quantity and material availability have been reviewed.
