Our current range is strongest in women's backpacks, retro crossbody bags, compact chest and phone bags, and cleaner business backpack styles. These designs can be adapted for a private label collection without forcing every project into the same specification.

Developing a PU Leather Bag Collection

For a faster development, buyers can begin with one of our existing shapes and change the color, pockets, straps, hardware and branding. A new construction can also be sampled from drawings or a physical reference. Before quoting, we normally need the expected quantity, target market, preferred size and packaging requirements.

PU materials that look similar in a photograph can feel very different in hand. Surface grain, thickness, backing and softness all affect the finished shape. A structured backpack may need a firmer material and reinforcement, while a small crossbody bag may work better with a softer PU and lighter lining.

We recommend confirming hardware colors together. Zippers, chains, buckles and logo plates can look inconsistent when selected separately, especially on small bags where the metal details sit close together.

Sampling and Bulk Production

Once the reference and specification are clear, we confirm the proposed material and details before making a sample. The sample is used to check the proportions, carrying comfort, pocket access and overall finish. Approved materials and construction details then become the reference for bulk production and inspection.
