Refund and Return Policy

At Fanlosn Bags, we aim to provide quality products and reliable service for customers worldwide. This policy applies to both ready-to-ship products and customized orders.

1. Returns for Ready-to-Ship Products

For standard products purchased through our online store, customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Items must include original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Custom & OEM/ODM Orders

For customized products, including:

  • Custom logo bags
  • Private label products
  • Custom colors, materials, sizes, or designs

returns or refunds are not accepted once production has started or the final sample has been approved.

Before production, Fanlosn Bags provides confirmation of product details, including materials, colors, specifications, and customization requirements.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect products

please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos or relevant details.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or other compensation options.

4. Return Shipping

For defective products or incorrect shipments caused by Fanlosn Bags, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns caused by personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once approved returns are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable.
