When buyers send us a reference, we look at how the bag will be carried, what needs to fit inside and which features are essential for the target price. That helps us avoid adding pockets or accessories that look useful on paper but make the finished bag bulky.

Insulated pockets can be specified by size, position and lining construction, but performance depends on the complete design and test method. We do not recommend promising a fixed temperature duration without testing the finished sample.
What We Check During Sampling
For a diaper backpack or tote, we check the opening, pocket access, balance when filled and whether the straps remain comfortable. Bottle pockets should fit the intended container size, and stroller attachment points should be positioned so the organizer hangs evenly. For convertible designs, the folding sequence and hardware need to be tested repeatedly before approval.
From Reference to Bulk Production
Send us a reference photo or sample together with the expected quantity, preferred size, target price and packaging requirements. We review the construction before quoting and confirm the proposed materials and components for sampling. Once the sample is approved, the confirmed details become the reference for bulk production and inspection.
