Cooler Bag Case Study: 100 Pieces with a Custom Logo
This project began with a buyer who liked one of our existing cooler bag designs but wanted the product to carry their own brand. The required quantity was 100 pieces, so the main question was how to make the order practical without turning it into a new product-development project.
Starting with an existing cooler bag
The buyer did not ask us to change the bag’s structure. The existing shape, compartments and carrying design already suited the intended product, so there was no reason to add unnecessary development work.
Using an established model also made the project easier to control at a small quantity. The buyer could focus on the branding instead of having to make decisions about every construction detail of a completely new cooler bag.
Working from the customer’s logo
The customer supplied their logo for the order. We reviewed the artwork in relation to the existing bag and used it as the basis for the branded production.
The goal was not simply to place a logo on a ready-made item. We produced a new 100-piece batch for the customer while keeping the proven bag construction unchanged. This gave the buyer a cooler bag made for their own brand without requiring a structural redesign.
A practical route for a 100-piece private-label order
Small brands and first-time buyers often assume that a custom logo automatically means developing a completely new bag or accepting a very high minimum order. That is not always necessary.
When an existing model already fits the project, the more practical route can be:
- Select the closest existing cooler bag design.
- Confirm that no structural changes are required.
- Review the logo artwork and suitable branding area.
- Reproduce the bag as a dedicated branded batch.
- Keep the quantity at a manageable level for the buyer’s first order.
For this project, that approach allowed the customer to order 100 branded cooler bags without paying for changes they did not need.
What we helped solve
- Supported a 100-piece order instead of requiring a large-volume launch.
- Used a proven cooler bag design to reduce unnecessary development work.
- Worked from the customer’s logo and translated it into a practical production requirement.
- Kept the bag construction consistent while producing a batch for the customer’s own brand.
- Gave the buyer a straightforward private-label route without forcing a full redesign.
If you have a logo and a target quantity but are not sure whether you need a new bag design, start by comparing your requirements with our custom cooler bag options. You can also send us your logo, quantity and intended use so we can check whether an existing model can be adapted for your project.
